At a minimum, our dentists recommend exfoliating your tongue once in the morning and once before bedtime. Ideally, you can exfoliate after each meal to help prevent odor causing bacteria from building up on your tongue

We recommend changing your tongue exfoliator every 90 days, just as you should your toothbrush.
